Anastasia has nearly 15 years of experience in business development, marketing and public relations in the professional services sector. Having led Kesarev’s business development and marketing function, she now serves as Chief Operating Officer while retaining responsibility for this area. Before joining Kesarev, Anastasia headed the marketing department at one of Russia’s top 10 law firms as ranked by Forbes and held a marketing role at Dentons.

Anastasia is responsible for implementing Kesarev’s development priorities and strengthening the firm’s operating model. Her focus includes resource planning and efficiency, talent management, internal systems and knowledge management. She also retains responsibility for business development, marketing and PR.
Background
Anastasia graduated with honours from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication at St. Petersburg State University and holds a degree in public relations.
