Gleb brings over 15 years' experience in journalism, corporate communications and crisis management to the Kesarev team, having previously worked as an editor and award-winning correspondent in both Russia and Ukraine, including a role at the RIA Novosty news agency. Gleb has counselled a range of international investors in Russia and Ukraine on a range of country-related risks and regulatory and communications issues. His specialisms are media relations, corporate messaging and issues management.
Gleb served as an advisor to Sergiy Tigipko, former Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, and participated in Tigipko's presidential election campaign in 2010. In 2004, he held the position of the press secretary in "Ukrgazdobycha", the largest subsidiary of "Naftogaz Ukraine" state-owned company. After Ukraine's regional elections in 2015 he moved to the city of Zaporizhia where he headed the Internal Policy and Media Relations Department for the local City Council.
Gleb has received numerous journalism awards in Ukraine during the period 2006-2013.
Gleb holds a Master of Journalism and Bachelor of Economics from Kyiv-Moghila Academy.
