Work experience
Before joining Kesarev, Alexander worked as a consultant in Selecty, an IT agency, where he was responsible for projects in the financial services, FMCG, retail and industrial sectors.
Before that, Alexander completed an internship at the Regional Policy Research Laboratory, a think-tank of the Higher School of Economics (HSE). He drafted analytical reports on Russian electoral campaigns of the federal and regional levels.
In addition, Alexander was an intern at the Communications Holding Minchenko Consulting, where he drafted analytical reports on the activities of Russian Governors prior to regional election campaigns, as well as participated in drafting of the rankings of Russian governors’ work.

In Kesarev, Alexander focuses on advising clients in the ICT and media, Financial Services and FMCG.
Background
Alexander holds a Master's degree in Applied Political Science with distinction and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Higher School of Economics (HSE).
He is currently continuing his studies at the Postgraduate School of Political Science at the Higher School of Economics (HSE). Alexander is an author of a number of published scientific articles devoted to political parties and electoral topics.
