Alexander is responsible for regulatory monitoring and policy analysis for a range of clients in the FMCG and IT sectors.
Professional experience
Before joining the Kesarev team in March 2020, Alexander gained professional experience drafting analytical reports for the Waste Management Committee of the Administration of the Leningrad region of Russia.
During the regional electoral campaign in 2019, Alexander worked as an analyst for the Committee of Civil Initiatives. He was in charge of preparing reports on the current political agenda in electoral districts of Moscow.
Before that, Alexander conducted research into the migration dynamics in municipalities of the Leningrad region on the request of the Leningrad Regional Investment Committee.
Background
Alexander holds a Masters of Political Science from the Higher School of Economics and BA in Political Science from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration (RANEPA). During the bachelor studies, he participated in the academic exchange program with SciencePo Paris.
