Before joining Kesarev in 2023, Andrey completed an internship at the Center for Public-Private Partnership of the IGSU RANEPA. During this internship, he was involved in the preparation of analytical materials on the development of PPP in Russia. Additionally, Andrey completed an internship at local government bodies in the Vladimir region and was responsible for producing analytical materials on socio-political situations in municipalities.
