Elizaveta Luizidis

Elizaveta is responsible for analysis of the regulatory & policy landscape across the FMCG, IT and travel sectors.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Kesarev in February 2021, Elizaveta worked as a research fellow in the Regional Policy Research Laboratory on the base of the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow. She prepared analytical reports on elections in different countries and policy papers on topical issues for external clients. Elizaveta is a co-author of a number of published scientific articles devoted to political parties and electoral topics.

Earlier, Elizaveta completed internship at an international strategic communications agency. Being a part of the GR practice, Elizaveta gained professional experience drafting analytical regulatory and media reports. Elizaveta was also an intern in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, where she prepared reports on demographic situation in Russia, and at the State Duma's Press Service.

Background

Elizaveta holds a Master's degree with distinction in Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the Higher School of Economics (HSE).

She was a speaker at XXII April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development, giving a report on governors' appointment policy in Russia. She also participated as a speaker at international conference, held in French on the topic "France and the Francophonie today. The major economic, political and social challenges in the world".
