Work experience
Prior to joining Kesarev, Ksenia held the position of Assistant to a Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region. She participated in meetings of the Agricultural Policy Committee, prepared agendas for upcoming sessions of the Legislative Assembly, and coordinated various processes while providing organizational support.

Responsibilities in Kesarev
Since December 2023, Ksenia has been leading the development of an IT product, combining the roles of both project manager and technical specialist. She is responsible for overall direction and strategic planning. At the same time, Ksenia is actively involved in the development process, working as a front-end developer.

Background
Ksenia graduated from Chelyabinsk State University with a degree in International Regional Studies, with a focus on China. This experience provided her with deep insight into the Asian region and its culture. Later, she underwent professional retraining, obtaining a diploma in Software Engineering, which broadened her technical expertise and skills.

In 2023, she earned a certification in Personal Data Protection, further enhancing her competence in data security.
