On April 25, Russia M&A Awards - 2024 ceremony was held in Moscow as part of the XIV Russian M&A Congress. Every year since 2010, this award has been given to the best M&A consultants.

This year Mergers.ru team has set up a special nomination for GR advisors. Kesarev became the winner of the Best GR Consultant in M&A award by results of voting.

This is particularly valuable for us since over the last two years, we have advised clients (foreign investors) on more than 100 M&A transactions and have established the first specialized practice of GR in M&A in Russia. Our team has successful experience of obtaining all types of M&A approvals: those from the Government Sub-Commission, special permission of the President under the Decree 520, strategic investment approvals by the Government's Foreign Investment Control Commission, and the FAS approvals.

In 2022–2023, our team worked on approvals of more than half of the largest foreign exit transactions (with the purchase price exceeding $400 million).
