Kesarev participated in Pravo.ru’s annual conference “Intellectual Property – 2025”, held on 21 November in Moscow, which brought together leading legal and industry experts to examine the evolving regulatory landscape and the IP issues expected to shape the year ahead. This year, Kesarev supported the event as an official partner.

Diana Chuprova, Advisor at Kesarev, spoke in the dedicated session on intellectual property in the healthcare sector. Her presentation, “Government-Authorised Compulsory Licensing: Procedures and Practice of the Sub-Commission on Patent Use”, outlined the Russian Government’s current approach, with a focus on key procedural steps and emerging enforcement practice.
