Team of Kesarev associates, Yury Panasik, Mikhail Polushin and Stanislav Ushanov, finished special educational programme organized by the Higher School of Economics (Moscow) focused on process of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) in Russia.

The educational programme was part of the strategic effort to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to have full in-house capability with regard to Regulatory and RIA practice.
