In 2014 Kesarev is represented in the rating of Top-1000 Russian Managers twice.
Government relations Directors voted for Kesarev Partner Pavel Melnikov in the GR Directors' listing while top-managers voted for Kesarev Managing Partner Evgeny Roshkov in the respective section of professional services management listing (see pages 21 and 18 for details).
Top-1000 Russian Managers Rating is prepared on an annual basis by the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant newspaper. The rating methodology is based on the principle "the best choose the best" so that top managers evaluate top managers and functional executives (such as in GR and PA) assess functional managers.
