Kesarev announces an important milestone in its development: the appointment of Yury Panasik as a partner in the firm.
Answering the demand from corporate clients on servicing multimarket accounts across the post-Soviet region, the Council of Partners decided to promote Yury to strengthen the Firm's positions in Central Asia, the Caucasus and Mongolia, as well as to further develop expertise on the Eurasian Economic Union.
Yury leads the Firm's expertise in the fields of technical regulation, regulatory and political risk assessment, legislative procedure analysis and issues management. He advises companies in the sectors of FMCG, food & agriculture, healthcare & pharmaceuticals and others, and regularly writes articles for Agroinvestor, APK-inform, and Vedomosti.
Yury has been working for Kesarev since the company was founded in 2004. Before joining Kesarev Consulting, Panasik was a Senior Analyst in the Center for Current Politics of Russia, as well as an expert in several non-governmental and analytical organizations specialising in projects in post-Soviet countries.
Yury graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Lomonosov State University of Moscow.
