Kesarev Executive Partner Evgeny Roshkov will join a panel on 'Foreign investments in Strategic Companies' at the forthcoming conference 'Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS', held by International Bar Association on 3/12/20.
The session is aimed at foreign investors planning to invest in Russia (including within the framework of global mergers), as well as Russian companies expanding into European markets.
Evgeny will make a presentation on the government relations aspects of regulatory approval processes.
