Company Statement
March 11, 2022
In its 18 years of operation, Kesarev has grown into a leading international consultancy, providing public affairs, public policy and reputation management counsel across a growing range of emerging markets in Europe and Central Asia. We are proud of our diverse team of over 75 committed professionals and what we have built and achieved together.

Today, our priorities are to make sure that our Ukrainian team is supported and that our teams across our markets are able to continue to operate and support clients in their hour of need.

In order to fully focus on these priorities, our management team has decided on a re-structuring of our business moving forward.

Our Central & Southeast Europe and Central Asia practices will be re-branded and run independently from Kesarev. This business will be led by Executive Partner Chris Dobson, who has spent the last two years and more building and managing our operations in these regions. We will make a further announcement on the new brand shortly, but there will be no impact on our staff, our clients or our ongoing mandates.

Partners Evgeny Roshkov and Yury Panasik will continue to lead Kesarev's Russian operations as a stand-alone business, helping international investors assess and navigate these extremely challenging times in Russia as they look to protect their people and their assets. We also want to offer full ongoing support to our team in Moscow.

The management team believes that this is the best decision for our people as well as our clients.
