On April 13 Kesarev together with Alumni partners and Legal Insight will hold an event dedicated to the issues of structuring and negotiating deals, as well as resolving court disputes with the antimonopoly authorities. The event will take place in a closed format in Moscow, participation by invitation.

Vitaly Zhigulin, partner at Kesarev will share the latest GR practice and trends in obtaining approval for transactions with foreign participation.

The topic of approval of transactions is not only relevant, but also becoming more and more complicated due to the constantly changing approaches to the regulation of this process. The event will help understand how these processes work in the current environment, what to expect from the counterparty, how to correctly align the approval process from a legal point of view and from the perspective of the GR approach, and to assess what risks need to be taken into account.
