Kesarev team discussed risk management in a corporation during SPILF 2024

On the 28th of June, 2024, a panel discussion titled "Risk management in a corporation: perspectives on risks from Legal, GR and PR" was held in St. Petersburg during SPILF. The Kesarev team organized this event in collaboration with Gazpromneft Expert Solutions, Mikhailov and Partners communications company with information support from Forbes Russia and Legal Insight.
We decided to bring three functions together for the first time in order to delve into and comprehensively analyze the risks that modern businesses encounter. Experts explored real-life cases involving taxation, environmental concerns, labor and immigration laws, and M&A transactions from various angles. According to Kesarev GR specialists, these areas should be closely monitored by all businesses.
The speakers at the event were:
