Vitaly’s experience in the field of Government and Public Affairs dates back to 2006.
He has headed government relations functions in Russian and multinational corporations such as GE Capital, SAP CIS, Huawei Technologies, Coca-Cola HBC Eurasia and X5 Retail Group.
From 2013 to 2015, Vitaly headed the Association of E-Commerce Companies (AKIT), the Russian trade association that represents the interests of leading e-commerce market players.
In 2007 Vitaly obtained a Ph.D. in Law from Russian State University of Trade and Economics (Moscow); he also holds a specialist degree in Law (2003).
Vitaly is invited as guest lecturer at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University), the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
