On April 22nd, happened the annual Russia M&A Awards 2025 as part of the XV Russian M&A Congress. Since 2010, this prestigious award has recognized the top performers in the mergers & acquisitions market.
Last years M&A Consultants Ranking introduced a special category for government relations support — and for the second consecutive year, Kesarev took the title of Best GR Consultant in M&A, as voted by the industry. This award highlights our leading role in Russia’s M&A market: in 2024, the Kesarev team worked on more than 30 deals, with a total value of more than 1 billion USD nominal value (not the real one, due to mandatory discount regulations).
