On 24 May 2019, the major legal peer review publication Best Lawyers™ issued its annual rankings for CIS countries, with Kesarev team members ranking in the Government Relations, Government and Regulatory Practices sectors.

Evgeny Roshkov, Kesarev's Executive Partner, has been a mainstay of the Best Lawyers list in the Regulatory Practice area since 2013. This year, several of his colleagues debuted in the rankings in three new categories.
