Today, our Moscow office celebrates the promotion of Lilia Nazarova to Senior Advisor. In her new role, Lilla will take on expanded responsibility, managing a team of Advisors and Interns across a cluster of international clients.

Lilia originally joined Kesarev an Intern while studying for her Masters in Applied Politics at the Higher School of Economics, where a number of Kesarev partners lead the specially designed course on Government Relations and regularly appear as guest lectures.
