Kesarev Partners Evgeny Roshkov and Pavel Melnikov have been recognised in the TOP-COMM list of Russia's twenty leading managers of communications firms. The TOP-COMM is the largest annual rating in its field, and has celebrated the achievements of communications professionals in Russia since 2014.
The rating is managed by the Association of Directors for Communications and Corporate Media of Russia (AKMR) - the only professional association of top corporate communications managers in Russia.
