Kesarev Partner Pavel Melnikov will make a key-note presentation at a webinar on the priorities of the new leadership of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) in Russia. The webinar will open a four day long online-conference on antimonopoly regulation organized by our partner ALRUD, a leading law firm in Russia.
Pavel will share his insight on the way the FAS influences decision making in the Government, an overview of priorities of the previous leadership of the FAS, which established the Service in 2004 and led it until late 2020, and on the new priorities enforced by the leadership of the Service appointed five months ago.
The webinar will focus on how better to structure relationship with FAS for companies in light of the changes and will feature presentations from both leading legal and economic experts.
