Kesarev launches course on Government Relations Management at the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Economics

Kesarev partners in Russia this week expanded its course on GR Management to students of the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Economics. The inaugural lecture featured presentations from Kesarev Partners Pavel Melnikov and Yury Panasik.
"We are delighted to expand our cooperation with Russia's leading higher education institute, the Higher School of Economics. Legal skills form a basic skill of any government relations specialist, while legal professionals often demand deeper understanding of government relations. We are sure that this course will add value to the law studies of the students, giving them a wider outlook on the legal profession and how it intersects with the government relations activities", said Evgeny Roshkov, Executive Partner.
The course, developed by Kesarev, provides students an opportunity to study both the theory of Government Relations as well as key practical aspects such as regulatory monitoring, issues management, stakeholder mapping, drafting and delivering messages to stakeholders and the creation of risk mitigation strategies.
Kesarev's partnership with the Higher School of Economics (HSE) is now in its seventh consecutive year and involves Law Faculty students majoring in Public Law and Social Science Faculty students majoring in Political Science.
