Kesarev's Moscow office partners have launched their course on Government Relations Management for students of the Social Science Faculty of the Higher School of Economics for the seventh consecutive year. The course is run by Kesarev partners Evgeny Roshkov, Yury Panasik, and Pavel Melnikov.

"The discipline of government relations is still a young field of professional practice in Russia. With our ongoing effort to educate students on this discipline, we aim to expand the number of young professionals who appreciate and are attracted to GR. Additionally, we hope we can help them become better prepared for a career involving the practice of GR in any form", said Yury Panasik, Partner.

The course provides the students an opportunity to study both the theory of Government Relations as well as key practical aspects such as regulatory monitoring, issues management, stakeholder mapping, drafting and delivering messages to stakeholders and the creation of risk mitigation strategies.

Kesarev's partnership with the Higher School of Economics (HSE) is enjoying its seventh consecutive year. Since 2021, the specially-designed course "Interaction with public authorities: GR-management" is attended by those students at the Law Faculty majoring in Public Law and at the Social Science Faculty majoring in Political Science.
