Kesarev strengthens its team in the industrial and technological sectors with the former head of Department of Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade

Former Head of Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (MIT) Evgeny Korchevoy has joined Kesarev as Senior Counsel based in Moscow. Evgeny will provide strategic advice to clients from the industrial and technological sectors on resolving business and regulatory issues. Evgeny will also engage officials in countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Central Asia.
Evgeny was Director of Department at the MIT from 2016 to 2019, responsible for the development of policies and regulation rules for agriculture, food processing and construction machinery. Before that (2006-16), he led the Russian Association of Agricultural Machinery, the leading voice of producers and sellers of agricultural machinery in Russia.
