Rinat Galitdinov, former head of unit at the Eurasian Economic Commission, joins Kesarev team to strengthen its technical regulations practice

Rinat Galitdinov has joined Kesarev as Senior Advisor, based in Moscow. Rinat will provide advice to clients on regulatory trends and issues affecting business operations in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union - EAEU (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia), including technical regulation, customs administration and support of business initiatives by the public authorities of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC; supranational executive body of the EAEU) and members of the EAEU.
Rinat joins Kesarev from the EEC, where he has been working in the Department for the Development of Entrepreneurial Activity for 9 years and led efforts to reduce unjustified administrative barriers to businesses in the EAEU area and within its member states. Prior, Rinat worked at the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, where he was responsible for easing supervisory activities of the government on businesses in Russia.
