Vitaly Zhigulin joined Kesarev as Partner in April 2022 to focus on advising clients in the technology & media, FMCG and financial services sectors as well as on coalition building and association management.

Vitaly brings with him more than 15 years of professional experience managing Government and Public Affairs in Russia. He was formerly heading government relations function in the number of major international and Russian companies, including X5 Retail Group, Coca-Cola HBC Russia, Huawei Technologies, SAP Russia and CIS and GE Capital. As an Executive Director he has also led the Association of E-Commerce (AKIT) in Russia, uniting top-20 internet trade companies.
