Last week Philippe Pegorier, Partner at Kesarev, visited Kazakhstan to support the interest of Kesarev clients in expanding operations in the region.
As part of his visit, Philippe met such key stakeholders as Ambassador of France in Kazakhstan Didier Canesse and Managing Director of North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) Olivier Lazare.
Philippe also made a presentation on the specifics of government relations in Central Asia at the Astana Mining and Metallurgy Congress (AMM Congress), the well-known conference for metallurgy and natural resource sectors in the region. The presentation was attended by 25 government relations professionals representing leading local and international companies from various industries.
