During the conference Antimonopoly Law in the Age of Sanctions Pavel Melnikov, Partner at Kesarev presented his views on the current state of antitrust regulation, including such issues as price regulation, tariff regulation and control of mark-ups on products by the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Pavel considers that “the state has to choose regulatory instruments based on necessity of the current crisis situation, so the price regulation proves to be effective and brings results short-term, although reduces incentives for business development and competition long term”.
