On September 8, St. Petersburg hosted the RUSSOFT IT Forum 2025 – one of the key events shaping the agenda of Russia’s technology sector. The program brought together policymakers, business leaders, and experts to discuss the most relevant issues of regulation and the future of the digital economy.
At the PRO IT session, Kesarev was represented by Lilia Nazarova, Senior Adviser, who spoke on “Regulatory Trends in the IT Industry: How to Identify Them and Anticipate Change?”
