Work experience
Before joining Kesarev in June 2023, Stanislav worked at the Department for Digital Economy Development of the Ministry of Economic Development, where he started his career in 2021. As a Ministry employee, he was responsible for drafting documents and Ministry’s official positions on digital assets regulation, setting up regulatory sandboxes in ICT sector and Regulatory Framework for the Digital Environment federal project implementation monitoring.

Responsibilities in Kesarev
In Kesarev, Stanislav specializes in advising clients in ICT, FinTech and international payments spheres.

Background
Stanislav holds a Master's degree in Applied Political Science from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in International Relations from the Moscow State University.

Recognitions
In 2022, Stanislav was awarded the Commendation of the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Languages
Along with his native Russian, Stanislav is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
