In November, the II All-Russian Student Debates on Digital Law concluded at Lomonosov Moscow State University. The event was organised by the Faculty of Law of MSU, the MSU Scientific and Educational Center for Information and Digital Law, and the Student Union of Legislative Initiatives. Kesarev acted as the General Partner of the debates.

Kesarev was represented on the expert jury by:

Together with other experts, they assessed students’ legal reasoning and practical approaches to key issues of digital regulation.

The final in-person round took place on 28 November, following an online qualifying stage earlier in the month. Participants discussed current challenges in personal data protection, regulation of digital platforms, and the use of AI in regulated industries.
