Yury Shikhov promoted to Senior Counsel

This month, Kesarev celebrates the promotion of Yury Shikhov to Senior Counsel in our Moscow office. Congratulations Yury!
Yury joined Kesarev in 2014 and has played an instrumental role in the establishment and growth of the technology & digital practice within the firm, now one of our leading practices. Yury also oversees ongoing research and policy counsel to clients on FDI screening and competition policy and general risk analysis for clients in Russia and other post-Soviet countries.
In his new role, Yury will become the co-lead of the Technology & Digital Practice along with Pavel Melnikov, Partner, and continue to advise a range of Fortune 500 clients, coordinating the work for them in Russia as well as on multi-market accounts combining client support in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the rest of the CIS.
