Sören Haar
Sören is a founding partner of EACON. He has a rich experience in EU affairs, having worked in different EU institutions including the European Parliament, the EU Council and for the European Commission. Throughout the years, Sören has gained incomparable experience in the fields of taxation and internal market, among other policy areas. He is author and co-author of a number of publications on the European Union.
Federico Torres
Federico is Managing Director at EACON, being mainly responsible for advocacy strategy development, policy analysis, and campaigning. He has more than 20 years of experience in consultancy, having worked in different countries and policy areas. His main areas of expertise lie in the fields of digital policies (in particular the Digital Single Market), innovation and internal market.
Chris Dobson
Chris is an Executive Partner at Kesarev, with more than 20 years of experience in public affairs consultancy management in the developing markets across the world, with a core focus on Russia, CEE and the region. Chris counsels a range of major investors into the region, including those in the digital sector.
Yury Shikhov
Yury is a Senior Counsel at Kesarev. He co-leads the Technology & Digital Practice, one of the leading in the firm. He played an instrumental role in the establishment and growth of the practice. As part of his role, he advises a range of Fortune-500 clients, coordinating the work for them in Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia and South Caucasus.
