The third edition of the AEB GR Academy, a joint educational initiative by the Association of European Businesses (AEB) and Kesarev, successfully concluded on 23–24 October in Moscow.
The two-day intensive course — “GR Management: Methods and Techniques for Interaction with Public Authorities” — brought together public affairs professionals to discuss the latest tools and practices shaping effective government relations.

The sessions were led by Kesarev Partners Yury Panasik and Vitaly Zhigulin, together with Senior Advisors Lilia Nazarova, Elena Korchagina, Ivan Dmitriev, and Rinat Galitdinov, who shared practical insights and case studies from across sectors.
As with previous editions, the Academy provided participants with actionable knowledge and a deeper understanding of how to build transparent, efficient, and sustainable GR functions in today’s regulatory landscape.
