Kesarev, in partnership with the Association of European Businesses (AEB), has successfully completed the fourth edition of the AEB GR Academy — a flagship training programme designed for professionals working in government relations.
The Academy was held on 18–19 March 2026 at the AEB Conference Centre in Moscow and brought together participants for a two-day intensive course focused on
“GR Management: Methods and Tools for Engagement with Public Authorities.”Throughout the programme, participants gained practical insights into key GR instruments, including stakeholder mapping, regulatory monitoring, and issue management. Particular attention was given to the role of top management in executing GR strategies, as well as to the development of legislative and regulatory initiatives in Russia and the EAEU.
The sessions also covered the role of business associations in shaping GR strategies, approaches to effective communication with public authorities, and crisis management practices. A dedicated module explored GR within the BRICS framework, outlining key priorities and practical approaches to working with the association’s agenda in 2026.
The Academy featured contributions from Kesarev’s partner team, including
Yury Panasik and
Vitaly Zhigulin, alongside senior advisors
Lilia Nazarova,
Elena Korchagina,
Ivan Dmitriev,
Olga Gritsay, and
Rinat Galitdinov.
Kesarev and AEB extend their gratitude to all participants for their engagement and active contribution to the discussions.
We look forward to welcoming participants to future editions of the GR Academy and other upcoming events. Stay tuned for announcements and new opportunities to engage with our programmes.
